Payment
Payment for a Therapy Assessment is required in advance. Arrangements for ongoing sessions are set out in your individual therapeutic agreement and confirmed directly with you.
Payment details are never published on this website. They are provided to you privately once your fee has been agreed.
Cancellation
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. Where cancellations or rescheduling become frequent, the therapeutic arrangement may be reviewed together so that the work continues to be useful.
Private medical insurance
Where private medical insurance is used, clients remain responsible for checking with their insurer:
- Whether treatment has been authorised
- The number of sessions covered
- Any excess payable
- The conditions attached to the policy
- Whether the particular service is covered
Missed or late-cancelled appointments are often not reimbursed by insurers, and any shortfall remains the client’s responsibility.
